Homes in Grand Landings are mostly single-family homes with 3 to 5 bedrooms, built from the mid-2000s to today. Earlier sections were built by KB Home and Seagate Homes; D.R. Horton builds the newer phases. Some homes sit on deep lots with lake or preserve views and room for a pool.

Prices have generally run from the mid-$300s to around $700,000, depending on size, age and the lot. Because there's no CDD, the carrying cost here is often lower than in similar new communities, which helps on monthly payment comparisons.

Amenities

The amenity center includes a clubhouse for gatherings, a zero-entry resort-style pool, a fitness center, a basketball court, a playground and a dog park. Walking trails loop past ponds and preserves throughout the community.

Living in Grand Landings

Publix, restaurants and services along State Road 100 are a few minutes away, the Palm Coast Town Center is close by, and Flagler Beach is about 15 minutes east. I-95 makes trips to St. Augustine, Daytona Beach and Jacksonville easy.
