Meet David Stanley

I have called North Florida home for the past 23 years. I know these neighborhoods street by street, and I know what it takes to get a deal from first showing to closing without surprises.

Before dedicating myself to real estate, I served with Flagler Beach Ocean Rescue for 12 years, Bradford County Fire Rescue for 8 years and Union County EMS for 2 years. Since transitioning full-time into real estate in 2022, I have closed $60.2 million in sales across Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, Ormond Beach and the rest of Northeast Florida.

When I'm not helping clients, I enjoy spending time with my two beautiful children, Charlotte and David (the 4th), and our Golden Retriever, Sally. We love dancing to Disney songs, playing at the beach, and living the Flagler Beach lifestyle. Outside of work, you might find me at one of our local coffee shops or practicing jiu-jitsu.
