• Declutter so buyers can picture themselves in your space.

• Make a list of small repairs that pay off big! 

• Get your home squeaky clean and showing its best.

If you need a hand deciding what’s worth fixing, count on me. We will come up with a tailored plan to get your home photo ready! Professional photos and videography are coming next, and a polished look bring more buyers through your door.

Getting an offer is exciting, but it’s just the beginning.

I’ll walk you through:

• Verifying buyers are pre-approved and qualified to buy! 

• Evaluating offers for more than just price (timing, contingencies, etc.)

• Making counter-offers -we will negotiate the best terms (for you!) and most money for your home! 

If concerns come up, I’ll suggest creative solutions—maybe tweaking the move-out date, negotiating repairs, or finding ways to keep the deal on track. My job is to take the drama out of negotiations so you feel confident in every decision.
