What is the VIP List?
A free list for buyers who want first notice. I send coming-soon and new listings that match what you're looking for the day they're available, plus price changes and private opportunities when sellers choose to market quietly.
What are off-market and coming-soon homes?
Coming-soon homes are about to be listed. Off-market homes are ones whose owners would sell but haven't publicly listed, or sellers who choose a private marketing period as MLS rules allow. Being on the list puts you in line to hear about them early.
Does it cost anything?
No. The VIP List is free, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
Can I join if I'm moving from out of state?
