Living in Hammock Beach
Hammock Beach is the resort community at 200 Ocean Crest Drive in north Palm Coast, home to the Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa. Owners here buy into a full-service resort setting: oceanfront residences, restaurants, pools, a spa and a marina, with two championship golf courses close by.
Hammock Beach and Ocean Hammock are closely connected: Ocean Hammock is the gated residential community around the resort, and Hammock Beach is the resort and golf club at its center. The Conservatory to the west and Hammock Dunes to the south are separate communities.

Resort living at Hammock Beach
Hammock Beach grew out of the original Ocean Hammock Golf Club, which opened in 2000 and was later renamed; Ginn owned the resort when it hosted the Ginn Championship in 2007 and 2008. Today the resort sits at the center of the Ocean Hammock community, with its residences on the ocean beside the Nicklaus Ocean Course. Hammock Beach real estate
Most homes here are resort residences and condominiums, from one-bedroom units to large oceanfront residences. Some can be placed in a resort rental program, which appeals to second-home buyers who want income when they're away. Each building has its own association, budget and rental rules, so I review those with you before you make an offer, alongside insurance and any special assessments.
The Club at Hammock Beach
The Club at Hammock Beach is an optional membership that includes the Ocean Course and The Conservatory, tennis, the spa and fitness center, the marina, restaurants and social events. Membership categories and dues change, so I confirm what's current before you buy.
Living at Hammock Beach
The beach is at your door and the A1A trail runs north toward Marineland and Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. Palm Coast Parkway shopping is about 10 minutes away and St. Augustine about 30 minutes north.
Schools
Hammock Beach is served by Flagler Schools, which assigns schools by address. Use the district's school zone locator for any home you're considering.
