The Reserve Series offers larger plans of about 1,800 to 2,800 square feet with upgraded finishes, a full Whirlpool appliance package and Meritage's smart-home package.

Meritage homes are known for energy-efficient construction, which can lower utility bills; ask for the home's HERS score. Inventory changes quickly, and some collections have sold out, so check what's still available.

Amenities

Residents have a pool, cabana, pickleball courts and a playground, with access to the Palm Coast trail system at the front of the community.

The beach, the Flagler Beach pier and downtown restaurants are less than three miles away. Publix and services on State Road 100 are a few minutes south, and the Palm Coast Town Center is about 10 minutes west.
