Fall is when Palm Coast and the Flagler Beaches feel the most like a hometown: cooler evenings, farm festivals, costume contests and then the first holiday traditions of the season. If you're a longtime local, a new neighbor or just visiting, here's what I could confirm for the rest of fall 2026, from late October through Thanksgiving week. I've only included events that have 2026 dates on an official city, county or tourism page.

It's early for some of the November listings, so details like locations and prices may still be posted. I'll point you to where to check.

Late October: farms, galas and Intracoastal views

  • Maze Days Fall Festival, Bunnell (through November 1). Cowart Ranch is open daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. for $15 per person, with free entry for ages 2 and under. It includes a corn maze, hayride, pumpkin patch and farm animals. More farms are in my pumpkin patch guide for 2026.
  • Waterfront Park Pavilion Grand Opening (Friday, October 23, 9 to 9:30 a.m.). At Waterfront Park, 150 Waterfront Park Road, Palm Coast. Open to the public.
  • Tommy Tant Memorial Surf Contest (October 23-25). Listed on the City of Flagler Beach calendar.
  • The Vampire Ball Gala (Saturday, October 24, 7:30 to 11 p.m.). Tickets are $125 per person, and the location in the Hammock is revealed after purchase.

Halloween week

  • Trick or treating at Redefined Food Co. (Monday, October 26, 5 to 6:30 p.m.). At the Southern Recreation Center, 1290 Belle Terre Parkway, with kid and pet costume contests at 6:15 and 6:30.
  • The Cabin in the Woods haunted cabin (Thursday, October 29, 4 to 6 p.m.). Free, at the G.W. Carver Community Center in Bunnell, recommended for ages 11 and up.
  • Flagler Beach Trunk or Treat (Friday, October 30, 5 to 7 p.m.). Free, at Wickline Park.
  • Hall of Terror (October 30 and 31, 7 to 10 p.m.). Palm Coast Fire Department's free haunted house returns to Fire Station 21, 9 Corporate Drive, with the theme Universal Monsters. A low-sensory hour runs 6 to 7 p.m. each night, and food vendors will be on site both nights. The city says nearly 6,000 people came out last year, so arrive early.
  • Lil Monster Mash (Saturday, October 31, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.). At the Florida Agricultural Legacy Learning Center, $5 per person, ages 3 and under free.

Scarecrows around Flagler Beach. The City of Flagler Beach is running a 2026 scarecrow contest for local businesses, so watch for scarecrows outside shops and restaurants through early November. Winners are announced at First Friday on November 6.

For neighborhood candy routes, see my updated trick-or-treat guide.

November: Veterans Day through Thanksgiving week

  • Flagler Veterans Day Parade (Wednesday, November 11, 10 a.m.). Starts in downtown Bunnell and travels east along Moody Boulevard to the Government Services Building, where the Flagler County Veterans Day Ceremony follows at about 11 a.m.
  • First Friday in Flagler Beach (Friday, November 6, evening). Free at Veterans Park, 105 S. 2nd Street, with live music and vendors. This is also where the 2026 scarecrow contest winners are announced.
  • Feet to Feast Thanksgiving 5K Run/Walk (Thursday, November 26). The city lists it from 7:45 to 10:05 a.m. with registration open. Prices and the start location weren't shown on the page I checked.
  • Palm Harbor Golf Club Thanksgiving Scramble (November 26, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.). Also on the city's calendar.
  • Tree Lighting Ceremony (Saturday, November 28, 6 to 9 p.m.). The City of Palm Coast lists it as the kickoff to the holiday season. It's at Central Park in Town Center and kicks off the Rotary Club of Flagler County's 21st annual Fantasy Light Festival, with Santa on hand.

I'm also keeping my Thanksgiving and holiday lights guides up to date as details come in, so check back on the blog.

Weekly and monthly regulars

Flagler Beach also lists Flagler Flicks screenings on Fridays in October and November at Veterans Park. Specific titles and times weren't posted where I looked, so check the Flagler Beach city calendar.
