5 Fun Date Night Ideas in Palm Coast

Need a date night idea? Here are five of my favorites in Palm Coast, Flagler Beach and a short drive away, with where to eat and what to do after.

1. Dinner at Next Door, Beach Walk & Ice Cream at Waffle Cone

Start your evening with dinner at Next Door Beach Bistro in Flagler Beach across from the ocean. Then walk the beach at sunset and finish with ice cream at The Waffle Cone, a block from the sand.

2. Mini Golf, Dinner & Waffles in St. Augustine

Play a round at Fiesta Falls Mini Golf, have dinner at Michael's, one of the nicest restaurants in St. Augustine, then head out to Cousteau's Waffle and Milkshake Bar on A1A South (more info) for Liège waffles and milkshakes.

3. Dinner at Fugu, Scenic Trail Walk & Drinks at Sovereign in Ormond Beach

Have sushi at Fugu in Ormond Beach, take a walk along the Halifax River or at Birthplace of Speed Park by the ocean, then get cocktails and dessert at 63 Sovereign Wine Kitchen (see their menu).

4. Movies at Epic Theater & Dinner at LongHorn

Catch a movie in the recliners at EPIC Theatres of Palm Coast (showtimes), then dinner at LongHorn Steakhouse. Get the Parmesan crusted chicken.

5. A few more ideas

• Catch live music at a local Flagler or Ormond Beach venue.

• Rent bikes and cruise the Lehigh Trail together.

• Plan a picnic in Waterfront Park at sunset (bonus points for bringing food from a local eatery).
