I'm David Stanley, a Broker Associate with CENTURY 21 Fine Homes & Estates Realty Exchange in Palm Coast. I built these tools for my own clients and keep them current. Your visitors get a useful answer, and you don't have to maintain anything.

Questions about the free tools
Is it really free?
Yes. There's no fee, no sign-up and no account. Copy the code, paste it into your site, and it works.
Does the tool collect information from my visitors?
No. The tools set no cookies and show no pop-ups, forms or ads. The schools lookup sends the address to the school districts' public zone maps to find the schools and doesn't store who typed it. A button inside each tool lets visitors open my website in a new tab if they want to see homes.
Will it work on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or GoDaddy?
Yes. Every major website builder has an "Embed", "Custom HTML" or "Code" block. Paste the code there. On WordPress, use the Custom HTML block.
Can I match it to my brand colors?
Yes. Pick your button color above and the code updates. If you'd like a different default price or anything else changed, send me a note below.
Do I have to keep the credit line?
The small credit inside the tool stays, because Florida advertising rules require my brokerage's name on it. The line of text under the tool in the code is optional. Keep it if you're happy to, or delete it.
Will the numbers stay current?
Yes. The interest rate updates monthly, the property-tax and insurance assumptions are reviewed with each Flagler County tax year, and school grades update when the Florida Department of Education releases them each year. Your site always shows the latest version automatically.
