Realty Exchange Is Now CENTURY 21 Realty Exchange: What It Means for You

On October 27, Realty Exchange became CENTURY 21 Realty Exchange. If you've bought, sold or talked real estate with me, I wanted you to hear it from me first, in plain words: what changes, what doesn't, and what it means for you.

The short version: same office at 300 Palm Coast Pkwy NE, same owners, same people, same me. My cell is still (386) 627-3612. What's new is the name on the door and everything that comes with it.

What stays exactly the same

Realty Exchange has sold more homes in Flagler County than any other brokerage every year since 2009, with more than 100 agents under one roof. None of that changes. Ocean Blue Title and Flagler4Rent still work right alongside us, so closings and rentals are handled by people we know. And I'm still the one you call, text and meet with.

If you closed with me in the past, there's nothing you need to do. Your home, your paperwork and your title are not affected in any way.

If you're thinking about selling
